Product Evolution Analyst

Position Overview:

Thinkers wanted! Were you the kid who took apart your Dad’s electric drill, just to figure out how it worked? Do you Tivo “Myth Busters” or “Unwrapped”? Do you have an insatiable desire to know “why”? If so, this may be the position for you. Come work in our Product Evolution department testing defects and features within our software. Additionally, you will be asked to participate in the documentation phase of our software lifecycle. (Ex.: new feature documentation, writing and reviewing test plans, and defect replication plans)

You Must Be

1. 1. Able to work autonomously, yet in a collaborative team setting (Ever been to a Scrum meeting?)
2. 2. Technologically savvy (Code writing not required, but you should not fear your mouse)
3. 3. Able to write (and we don’t mean txt msg - LOL)
4. 4. Flexible in a constantly changing environment (No really, things constantly change around here)

Additional Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Technology knowledge/background a plus
• Able to communicate with our clients on the phone (Talking to people doesn’t scare you away, does it?)
• A high degree of personal organization, self-reliance, desire for success, and a positive attitude are vital.
