X’Fest 2012 kicks off with early registration and networking opportunities on Sunday, September 9th and official sessions run Monday, September 10th through Tuesday, September 11th. Where is X’Fest being held? This year’s conference is being held at the beautiful Sheraton at the Inner Harbor located in Baltimore, MD. Located within walking distance of the magnificent Inner Harbor, Oriole Park at Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium, home to the Baltimore Ravens, many adventures await you in the “Charm City”. What are the costs of X’Fest?

Charm City Circulator Fast, frequent and free...that's the trademark of downtown Baltimore's new shuttle bus system, the Charm City Circulator. Visitors will find getting around Baltimore even easier with 21 sleek, hybrid buses providing convenient and reliable transportation on three different routes. The free shuttles will run every 10 minutes from early morning to late night, seven days a week, so it will be easy for you to hop on and off to shop, visit a museum or attraction, browse around one of the many historic neighborhoods, or eat at one of Baltimore's amazing restaurants. The temperatures are mild and perfect for walking the “Charm City”. With highs in the upper 70’s and lows in the upper 50’s, bring a light jacket, wear layers and be prepared to take it easy. X'Fest is the best opportunity to get feature previews and hands on training to ensure that your organization is receiving maximum potential from Trinexum. Other changes include training tracks that are specified to the different roles in your organization. Plus, we have made sure to include plenty of time for Training! Training! Training! X'Fest 2.0 will provide more than TWENTY hours of training opportunities. Sessions will include topics on most every area of your operations: Membership, Programs, Fund Raising, Finance, Child Care and Camp.
