At the time of membership creation, the member would receive his/her keycards or be enrolled into the biometric system giving them access to the facility. For an added level of security your staff would also take the member's picture, which displays on the VAC (Visual Acces Control) workstations.

This system allows for the organization to utilize locking doors, gates or turnstiles with or without staff present.   Also, Trinexum has the capability to generate frequency and inactive member reports based upon scanning data at that location.
